Soloists from the Vienna Philharmonic opened the International Festival "Days of Music at the Balabanov House" in Plovdiv in the "Episcopal Basilica of Philipopol".

Albena Danailova - the Bulgarian concertmaster of the Vienna Philharmonic - arrived from Vienna for the event, and her musical partners were Karl-Heinz Schütz - solo flutist and pianist Christoph Traxler.
